Our Managing Agent service provides the peace of mind of knowing that you are in safe hands. We aim to keep you informed through regular updates and are always available to offer help and guidance with whatever queries you may have.

Service Descriptions:-

Company Set Up
  • From registering new directors, updating bank account details, appointing a new Solicitor and Accountant, where necessary, we look after all of the Residents Management Companies administrative responsibilities.
Financial Management, Forecasts and Budgeting
  • As part of our operational responsibilities we will ensure the available funds are apportioned appropriately. We will forward plan to ensure future maintenance is managed efficiently whilst keeping expenditure to a minimum. Should funds not be able to meet future commitments, we will prioritise works and proactively forecast so residents financial obligations are known well in advance and unnecessary expenditure mitigated.
  • We will produce and post all necessary information in accordance with your year of end accounts and Companies House submissions.
Company Secretarial Services
  • In preparation for residents meetings, we will produce a management report to highlight income, expenditure, works undertaken, planned works, forward planning, account performance and any areas of concern. We will chair these meetings and distribute minutes accordingly.
  • We will set up accounts for all residents within the management company, invoice them in accordance with their contract and chase outstanding monies where and when necessary.
Block Management / Property Management
  • We will manage and maintain the communal areas of your apartment blocks and properties, ensuring that regular maintenance and required repairs are carried out by competent and approved contractors.
Estate Management / Land Management
  • We will look after your public open spaces (PoS) and external assets, providing a range of services from Grass Cutting and Landscaping, to upkeep of Street Furniture and Lighting, ensuring your developments are appropriately maintained and fully compliant.
  • We will undertake routine site and / or property inspections to identify any defects or remedial works that may be required. All defects will be categorised in order of priority and scheduled in line with your site specific requirements.
24/7 Emergency Helpline
  • We will provide a dedicated helpline that provides 24 hour assistance to deal with any emergencies you may have.
  • We will procure the most cost effective products we can find to suit the Residents Management Companies requirements.
