We are always looking for ways to improve our service and better fulfill our client’s needs, in fact it was one of the first principles we decided should form the foundations upon which Developer Eyes would be built.

Nobody knows better what services your clients want than your clients. How often do you ask your most loyal clients what they think and for ideas they have about doing things better. This does not need to be in the form of a customer satisfaction survey or questionnaire. The senior management of any organisation should make time to interact with clients and ask questions they may not always want to hear the answers to. This approach cuts through the possibility of misinterpretation and lack of responses. It makes a faceless organisation personable and instils a confidence that money cannot buy.

Developer Eyes are proud of our loyal and growing client base, who provide us with the opportunity to prove our worth. These words are meaningless unless we practice what we preach.....

Following a conversation I had with a client, one of the things we discussed was that they wanted the ability to set-up Residents Management Companies prior to the tendering process of appointing a Managing Agent. We responded, and now offer the opportunity to incorporate and set-up Residents Management Companies completely independently of the Managing Agents services. This quick, easy and reliable independent service will ensure that you have one less thing to worry about and it can be done at a time that suits you.

We promise to offer a one-on-one service that is not just a faceless form on a web-site, we will help guide you through the process and explain what information is required and when. We will liaise with Companies House and ensure the Incorporation Certificate, Articles of Association and on-line filing is in place ready for the opening of a bank account and the appointment of a Managing Agent.
